Aaron Gladstone is a labor and employment attorney with Eisner Dictor & Lamadrid, P.C. His legal practice encompasses all aspects of traditional labor law: from organizing, collective bargaining, and contract enforcement. During his time with the firm, he has had the honor to represent unions and workers across industries, including news media, logistics, manufacturing, and higher education. He has practiced before the National Labor Relations Board in both representation matters and Unfair Labor Practice investigations and proceedings. He has also represented workers in state and federal court, in proceedings involving issues like wage theft and employment discrimination.

Aaron graduated from Fordham University Law School. During his time at Fordham, he was the Online Content Editor of the International Law Journal and a member of the National Lawyers Guild. He had the honor of receiving the Public Interest Valedictorian Award for his class.
